;D
OK...I guess it is my turn to do this since I am the newest member right now. (Someone else hurry up and join so my name will go off that page!)
My name is Kris (duh) and I am here in the UK. I am 35 (had to go ahead and post my age and get it out of the way). I have a hubby and two sons (six-year-old twins) that are now in year 2 as of this week. (They are very proud of that.) I live right on the line between Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. It takes about 45 min to get to our nearest tube station, so it's not a big deal. It could be worse!
I posted a couple of times as a guest but decided to go ahead and join. I don't get too much comp time because the hubby is a computer HOG. But right now he is out so I am touching his "baby". Ha ha.
As I said before, my first Mamma Mia experience was on 11 Aug 06 (matinee of course). A Lucy night and an AWESOME show! I was looking up Lucy on the internet and here I am.
I also mentioned before that I was an Abba fan, which is what drew me to Mamma Mia to begin with...but I don't think that really matters when it comes to the appeal of the show. In fact, there were a couple of songs that I did not really like until Mamma Mia...they have a whole new meaning after seeing the show. I now prefer listening to the show's soundtrack over the original songs. It's a cheap way to experience Mamma Mia over again (because I am desperate) until the next time I can get to the show. I have tickets for 28 Sep...which I sadly have to go on a Thursday night instead of a Friday matinee but I do have plans to hit a Friday in Nov. ;D Yippee!
Not sure what else to say ...maybe if I think of something else I will add it later.
Later,
Me ;D
