I guess nobody has ever staged door for Helen Hobson.
I did see her play Donna and thought she was very good. But, judging by this forum and the reviews Lucy Harris is excellent.
I am trying to go see Lucy Harris on a Friday during my next holiday, possible in October.
I will keep an eye on your holiday thread to see if Lucy Harris is not on Holiday when I decide to go.

So I finally got to see her as Donna in London - and I have to say I highly enjoyed her. Her Donna is not emotionally as Lucy's, but she is a wonderful actress - and there are a lot of little gestures and impresssions she does I loved - and her "TWTIA" was impressive!

Went to see Blood Borthers yesterday and Helen is fab once again! ;D I would recommend it to everybody. I love the musical in any case, but it was an added treat to have Helen as Mrs Johnston. Mrs Lyons, Mr Lyons and Mickey were not great, but the narrator and Eddie were the best I've seen. I've always thought you really need a Nolan in this show, but Helen just goes and proves my theory wrong! Go Helen!

This week on TheatreRadio, Tim is joined by Helen Hobson, who is currently starring as Mrs. Johnstone in Blood Brothers at the Phoenix Theatre.
The actual show was at 5pm today, but anyone who missed it is repeated throughout the week daily at 2pm and 10pm.

Blood Brothers is absolutely fantastic! I've seen it twice and it's one of my favourite shows. I'm sure Helen Hobson will be amazing, I loved her as Donna in Mamma Mia.

The Blood Brothers webiste was wrong. Helen Hobson wasn't in, we had Linda Nolan instead. Either way it was a superb show.

The first time I saw Blood Brothers, she played Mrs Johnstone, and she was amazing, one of the best performances I've ever seen in a musical. Unfortunately, second time I went, I got her understudy. Even though the understudy was very good, she was nothing compared to Linda Nolan.

The great thing about seeing BB was i didn't really have that many expectations other than it's sad. Linda was great and the ending was even sadder when they came out for curtain calls and Linda and the actor that played Mickey were in tears. I do have to say, actor that played Narrator was scary, he was gooooooood. He was also kinda hot
