So you're having an anti-travel theme in your movie going today then Jazz? I want to see both of them but will probably find it easier to persuade Mark to go to Poseidon than United 93

I want to see both of them but will probably find it easier to persuade Mark to go to Poseidon than United 93 Well...that went down the toliet...my mate and i were sitting in starbucks waiting for the 11.00 show of united 93 to start...and then we were reading the sunday times review and decided against watching united 93, poseidon was meant to start at 11.30..but then we didn't want to wait...so now we're not going to the movies anymore...now we're just gonna eat lunch and go for a drive ;D

Don't waste your time going to see Poseidon...it wasn't that great of a movie. wait until it's on TV
Kurt Russell and Richard Dreyfus look sooo old now
However, saw the trailers for Superman returns, Casino Royale, and Pirates all look good!!

i saw the Lake House today...it was a random choice, only cuz yesterday i went to eastbourne and today was just too hot to be indoors and outdoors..so i took refuge in the cinema hahahaha It's really quite a beautiful fantasy/romance movie, almost as beautiful as the Notebook. There were no kick azz action scenes, it was just a real nice, wonderfully written Romance movie. Well worth seeing if you like that sort of flick

I went to see Pirates of the Carribbean- Dead Man's Chest. It deffo is up there with X Men 3 as my fave film of the Summer...It's highly entertaining, there's a decent plot, and the cast do a fine job, the effects are pretty kool too, there's plenty of laughs too- courtesy of Johnny Depp. Wow does Johnny age well or what? He was hot in 21 Jump Street and he's still great today.... Well worth seeing!! Guess what ride i'm gonna be choosing first at Disney? PIRATES hahahahaha....

The Break Up!!! Go see it!! superb movie, once again a top notch movie from Jon Favreau and Vince Vaughn. I loved it!! It's a laugh too. There's one scene where Jennifer Aniston is on a date and she gets that "GET ME OUT OF HERE" call...what woman has not done that?!! my friends and i had a great time watching it...and i recommend it!! i did sit there and think "TYPICAL BLOODY MAN" when Vince Vaughn's character was just sitting there playing the PS 2 LMAO!!

Superman Returns was AWESOME!!! OMG ....I wanna go see it again!!! Brandon Routh the guy that plays superman is lush...and KEvin Spacey is sooooooo brilliant anyway, but he's superb as LEx Luthor, i was sitting there absolutely detesting his Lex for being sooooo evil!! And no wonder James "Cyclops" Marsden was hardly in Xmen 3...he was Lois Lane's finance in Superman...top top direction from Bryan Singer too...

I didn't like it ... I thought it spoiled the Superman story and was disappointed as I'd hoped for more from Bryan Singer... I think Spacey could have been more evil and Brandon just didn't have IT as far as I was concerned...

Miami Vice....yeah i saw it despite all the reviews. OK i watched the original TV show and thought it was OLD SKOOL!! The only thing that the movie has in common with the TV show is you have characters called Sonny and Tubbs and the movie was directed by Michael Mann. And that's it. The movie opens with a real slammin' tune Linkin Park/Jay Z's Numb...but there's no opening credits, just straight into a Miami Nightclub. It's like they edited the opening sequence or something and left it on the cutting room floor. Visually there's a lot of beautiful bits in the movie, there's the bit where Sonny and Isabelle are on the speedboat to Cuba, and the speedboat scenes into Miami are just stunning. Ooh the action was hot and the soundtrack was cool. I dunno what i was expecting, but it was an average movie. It wasn't crap, but it wasn't brilliant either. The two best quotes had to be: "I can put a 55-grain slug at 2,700 feet per second into your medulla oblongata and your brain will be so dead it won't be able tell your finger to push the button"
Sonny has a grenade in his hand: "People are gonna come in here and say "nice wallpaper. What is it Jackson Pollack?" No, it's Jose Yero, he got splattered all over his walls."
When i came out the first thing i did was send a text to my friend telling him to go watch it...as i knew this was the sort of movie he would love. ;D

omg i went to see "Right at your door" omg it was absolutey DIRE!! it was soooooooooo rubbish...there's meant to be a "TWIST" ...ok there was ..but that movie was the biggest piece of crap ever to come out of Hollywood...the only good thing was i fell asleep ...makes up for only having 3 hours last nite...on a mamma mia high....DOn't waste your money, don't even rent it on dvd..and don't even watch it if it's on tv...watch the weather channel instead..hurricane watches are far more interesting...that that!! The Sentinel was better than "right at your door"
